Barnard, by electronic form dated 21 of April 2011, L1011driver@hotmail.com; In regard to article 49 of the Air Navigation Order (Luchtverkeersreglement); Decrees: Article 1 An exemption is granted to Las Vegas Sands Corp to perform flights in the Mode S Enhanced Surveillance designated Airspace in Amsterdam FIR with aircraft with nationality and registration marking N388LS, equipped with a Mode S ELS transponder without EHS capability.
